Refunds

• A full refund, less processing fee, is available up to 21 days prior to course start date.

• Less than 21 days prior to course start date, a 50% refund is available.

• If you cannot attend a course, but you can find a friend to take your spot that works for us too!

Weather

• Cancellations due to weather, while rare, will sometimes occur. The safety of our students is our biggest priority, and the Instructor will use their judgment if the temperature and conditions pose a risk to safely running the course.

• Our company policy is that if the temperature is below -25C (with the wind chill), we will cancel the course with the option of a full refund or to reschedule to another course. There may be situations where temperatures aren’t quite this cold, but due to extreme winds combined with cold temperatures, a course may still be cancelled.

• If there is a risk of cancellation based on forecasted weather, students will be notified as early as practicable of the potential for cancellation.
